How
Do
Our Package
Programs Work?
Lewis Mausoleum Development's Exclusive
Package Program will provide financial risk-free completion of a mausoleum and
columbariums for
your market, architecturally designed to enhance its surrounding setting and
built to withstand the test of time. Above all, the package program will
provide the means to achieve the necessary funding for endowed care maintenance
of your mausoleum, money for operating expenses and future additions. All
at no financial risk.
How? With our vast
experience in marketing and construction of mausoleums, exclusively for the
Catholic community, we will underwrite (at our sole risk) the expenses for
all pre-construction and construction costs plus the payment of all sales
commissions for mausoleum crypt spaces sold until the required funding has been
achieved to cover the entire cost of the complete project. We also handle
all collections from the purchasers of those crypts and niches that we sell.
NO
RISK!
That also means no expense
exposures to you. We will fund at our sole risk all costs and expenses for
engineering studies, architectural plans, required permits and any other costs
or expenses for the sale of all crypt spaces and niches. and the construction of the
mausoleum.
To protect you and your
parishioners in the unlikely event that the project is not successful, all
monies which have been paid to us are protected by an Irrevocable Financial
Guarantee. In the event the unforeseen happens, you can call upon the
Financial Guarantee to refund all monies collected. NO ONE ELSE OFFERS
THIS PROTECTION!

Market
Study
Every package program by Lewis
Mausoleum Development is preceded by an in-depth market study. Lewis
Mausoleum Development pays all expenses for this Market Study. No
contract is executed until the Market Study and its recommendations are approved
by the cemetery.
There are two types of Market
Studies in which Lewis Mausoleum Development specializes.
-
The first type is done when a
cemetery is exploring the feasibility of building a new mausoleum or an
addition to an existing one.
-
The second type is performed
when a cemetery has an existing mausoleum but is currently having problems
selling the inventory.
We will undertake a comprehensive
study of your market area, which will include an in-depth analysis of your
competing cemeteries and their current and long-term impact on your cemetery.
Demographics and economic
conditions will be included in the study to confirm the size and scope of the
proposed facility.
If your problem is selling your
existing inventory, we will determine why, and show you how to correct the
problems.
Pre
Construction Sales
Of Mausoleum
Spaces
The benefits of pre-need /
pre-construction sales are twofold. Families pay a lower cost now and
eliminate last minute impulsive, decision-making at a time of grief.
For the Church, the funds from
pre-construction sales enable the risk-free completion of your mausoleum
project, with a mutually agreed upon percentage of the crypts and niches remaining for sale
by the cemetery. Also, since we are selling pre-construction, the layout
of the crypts and niches can be altered, depending upon the preferences of your
Catholic families.
It will enhance your cemetery
facilities by increasing capacity and providing more efficient utilization of
available land resources. In addition, it offers more choices for your
Catholic families. Our pre-need / pre-construction sales approach is the
correct way to insure that all parties involved in the project will be satisfied
with the final results, including those who purchase space in the facility.
